Microworks, publisher of Wine Direct, a Direct Sales Management tool written specifically for the wine industry offers complete integrated solutions for managing tasting rooms, inventory, wine club and campaign driven marketing programs including fulfillment and compliance.

Founded in 1991, Microworks found its niche in the wine industry after providing consulting services to several wineries in Northern California to help them find more efficient ways to manage their wine clubs and shipping processes. Previous to the wine industry, Microworks provided automated retail solutions for specialty gift shops around the US, Canada, and Pacific rim.

Who is Microworks?

Microworks is a pioneer of Wine Industry Software.  Founded in 1991, Microworks began its journey working with small wineries in Northern California to automate their wine club and direct mail programs.  Soon thereafter, Microworks was working with fulfillment houses and tasting rooms to automate those processes to increase efficiency.  Today, Microworks’ team enjoys working with wineries across America and is known as an expert in the Wine Industry.

How long has Microworks been around?

Microworks was founded in 1991 and exclusively services the wine industry.  With over 23 years of wine industry experience, our team is very effective and understands the wine business.
