Announcing ServoBottle high speed screen printing machine for plastic or glass bottles and containers The newest member in the family of servo technology decorating printers from OMSO SpA of Reggio Emilia, Italy is called Servo Bottle. With the successes of the previous ServoTube and M3 (up to 9-color and up to 3-color respectively) flexographic and screen combination printer for tubes along with the patent applied / 400 ppm Servo Cup, now comes OMSO’s latest screen printer for the plastic or glass bottle and container industries. The ServoBottle has servo-axis controlled movements and can decorate with precision color-to-color registration (.015mm) objects of various shapes and/or sizes, up to a maximum of 7 colors. Rotary in design, the small footprint (11 ft. dia) makes ServoBottle invaluable with planning for tight production floor space. Modularity describes the ServoBottle’s ability to add or remove print heads, whether being screen, flexographic, digital or hybrid technology. The debut of the Servo Bottle is coming this Fall at the OMSO-Italy “Open House” followed soon by the OMSO North America “Open House” event in Erlanger, KY.
