Pleasanton, CA – Active Club Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of DTC solutions (Mobile Winery POS, Club, Web Design, eCommerce) since 2003, and is pleased to announce the promotion of Punam Sinha within the Active team, to Vice President of Operations. Punam Sinha has been an important part of the support technology team since the early days of Active. Sinha joined Active in 2006 with the company still developing its product offerings. Punam’s experience within the DTC software development sector and tenure with Active have given her a unique perspective on how to resolve our client’s challenges.

Sinha has been developing technical solutions within Active for well over a decade, and, knows the system functionality intimately.  With this promotion Punam will continue to lead the technology support team to maintain clear processes internally as growth ensues. This will further cultivate Active’s commitment to a partnership approach with winery and distillery clients, bistros, wine bars, speakeasies, and more.

Punam’s story starts in India where she met and married her husband. As her husband was into computers and engineering it stimulated interest in her own being. Motivated, yet managing small children, she attended school finishing with several post graduate degrees (Master’s in Organic Chemistry from GGU, Bilaspur, CG) (Applied Computer Science from CMC, Kolkata) from notable academic institutions. In 1998 Punam and her family moved from India to the United States and presently enjoys the west coast, located within the San Francisco Bay Area. Punam’s hobbies include traveling the globe with her husband, hanging out with her two daughters, and enjoying nature walks, with or without the family dog.
