Singin' in the rain
There is probably not much to sing about the rain coming down so early. But something can be done.
Endozym Antibotrytis: an acid protease that will diminish or eliminate the laccase polyphenol oxidase released by the mold
Gallovin and Gallovin Liquid: a highly reactive gallic tannin that will minimize the oxidation due to the ppo laccase and tyrosinase
Aromax B4: an antioxidant buffer easy to disperse in the bins or the gondola of machine harvested fruit affected by botrytis.
Microcel and Microcel (AF) allergenic free: a combination of fining agents to reduce musty odors brought by the mold.
....I'm happy again, I'm singin' and dancin' in the rain.....
