The SafŒno™ SH 12 emphasizes thiol-rich whites and rosés, balanced by fruity ethyl esters with low nitrogen requirements and a short lag phase. The SafŒno™ HD T18 promotes the expression of varietal terpenic aromas, enhancing fresh floral and citrus notes and a balanced mouthfeel. Finally, the SafŒno™ PR 106 combines fruity ethyl esters with fast fermentation kinetics and low nitrogen requirements, ideal for premium sparking base wines or slightly terpenic varieties such as Viognier. For your juice fining needs we have traditional options, such as our PVPP/Casein/Bentonite-based Phenol-Fine Plus NF or Liquagel-50 gelatin, and innovative, plant-based options, such as our ClarPT and ClarNOF. Thinking about flotation? The Zyme-o-Float Plus liquid enzyme ensures rapid, targeted depectinization to help ensure quick, successful floats.

Our Mobile Services Team based in Windsor, California can bring the compact Ambra Ion Exchange System from TMCI Padovan, as well as many other mobile services, directly to your facility. The Ambra allows precise pH adjustment of both pre-fermentation and finished wines at room temperature, minimizing energy costs and reducing the acid additions needed to achieve pH targets. As always, our mobile fleet also has the TMCI Padovan Dynamos high-solids dynamic crossflow filter, offering the highest quality and volume recovery from your lees.
