Independent Management and Solution Consultants for the Wine Industry

 

Azmera is a Wine Process and Technology services company.


We offer three services to the Wine industry: 

 

  • Process Management and Continuous Improvement
  • JD Edwards ERP Implementation and Support
  • IT Management and Project Services 

 

In some cases, components of all three services are delivered together, but they can also be a standalone service.

 

We are not system implementers; we are solution implementers.

 

We deliver solutions that are grounded in people, processes and systems. Everything we do is anchored in understanding these three aspects of your business in order to design and implement the solutions you need to solve your business problems.

 

We recognize that any project is actually a change initiative, and that success requires a strategy to manage the change, minimizing the risks and maximizing the benefits.

 

We know how to ask the questions so you can better understand the problem you are trying to solve as well as your options.

 

Our team have come from the wine industry working for several wineries, directly or as consultants, in roles from C-level, Director and Individual Contributors in Production and Operations, Best Practices, and IT.
