The 2nd Annual State of Winery Health Survey is now live, and wineries of all sizes are encouraged to participate. The goal: to gather real, actionable data on the financial, operational, and cultural health of the wine industry — and create benchmarks that help winery teams make smarter, data-informed decisions.

The survey is open to all winery professionals and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Responses are completely anonymous. All participants will receive early access to the results and be entered to win one of two $500 gift cards.

In its first year, the survey revealed several trends that challenged industry assumptions:

• Despite ongoing challenges, 86% of wineries rated their overall business health as average or better
• 90% of top-performing wineries were cashflow positive
• Wineries with strong financial health were 7x less likely to experience unwanted employee turnover
• 70% of top wineries reported gross profit margins above 40%
• Only 43% leveraged modern tech to streamline operations

The results from this year’s survey will help build on those insights — giving winery leaders better visibility into how their peers are managing costs, pricing strategies, team dynamics, and long-term resilience.
