We are excited to announce that we are growing our technical sales representatives throughout the US to better serve the needs of our customers. Please feel free to reach out to them for your technical beverage solutions.
Pedro Pereira: Pedro is based in Benicia and will service the Napa Valley as the local Technical Sales Representative for all beverage accounts. Pedro has an educational background in Viticulture, Enology, and Microbiology and a work background in winemaking and technical sales with an emphasis on sustainable solutions.

Heather Heraty: Heather is based in Santa Rosa. Heather most recently served as Gusmer’s Technical Sales Representative at the Gusmer Sonoma Store and will now cover Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake, Humboldt, and San Francisco Counties as T Technical Sales Representative for beverage accounts. Heather has a background as an Assistant Winemaker, lab manager, wine guide, and wine competition judge.

Neal Duncan: Neal is the Gusmer Technical Sales Representative covering the California Central Coast from Santa Clara through Ventura Counties. Prior to joining Gusmer, Neal worked for several years as a senior QC associate and then as a quality manager for a prominent Central Coast Winery. Neal obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Texas State University, San Marcos and a Graduate Diploma in Oenology from the University of Adelaide.

Mae Lortie: Mae is the Gusmer Technical Sales Representative covering Southern California, Arizona and New Mexico. Prior to joining Gusmer, Mae worked for as a as a laboratory research associate and then as a technical sales representative for a number of analytical lab equipment suppliers. Mae earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College in Environmental Studies.

Tom Mondor: Tom is the Technical Sales Representative covering Minnesota, Wisconsin and Eastern Canada. Before joining Gusmer, Tom worked for several years as a brewer and cellar manager for a prominent regional craft brewer. While there, he earned a Diploma of Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling in the U.K

Kevin Kawa: Kevin is the Technical Sales Representative covering Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Utah. He has worked previously as a brewer, distiller and in the supply side of beverage sales.
