Biography

Tom is a graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Business /Marketing.

In his early career, he worked for Carnation and Nestle Corporation in sales and marketing of the newly created Food Service Division. Tom enjoyed his experience working for leaders within the food and beverage industry, however he was always intrigued by the profession of Executive Search. Having been placed by a recruiter in his position at Carnation, he always thought it would be exciting to represent companies by bringing them top talent and coaching candidates through the hiring process and watching their careers grow.

Helping others advance their careers and building successful management teams for our clients has been the focal point of his business.

Tom's attention to detail, straightforward approach and sincere interest in the success of his candidates and clients have been the cornerstone to his success.

Tom believes the best form of advertising is word of mouth. Successful referrals have helped his business continue to grow for over twenty five years.
