Validating research results is a key step to which we dedicate both time and resources. We validate all the winemaking solutions we develop. Yeasts, bacteria, nutrients, yeast derivatives, vineyard solutions, chitin-based solutions and enzymes, are all tested to be sure they provide practical solutions for the wine industry and winemakers.
Our products’ performances are evaluated under a wide range of oenological conditions so that we can optimize our recommendations for use. These essential steps during the end stages of R&D help to obtain qualitative trial wines, before the final process of launching the products on to the market and being used by winemakers.
