Paramount, CA - Chemco Products Company and Flo-Kem announced a merger agreement which took effect January 1, 2013. The parent company is LMC Enterprises dba Chemco Products Company and Flo-Kem.  This merger will improve the “Business Model” and enhance efficiencies allowing for future growth.

“The merger with Flo-Kem, a specialty chemical compounder, based in Rancho Dominguez, California, promotes a single Mission & Vision for our clients,” said Elaine Cooper, CEO of LMC Enterprises.  “This merger of the two companies will promote a stronger organization so we can provide our clients with the best specialty cleaning chemicals and services on the market today.”
