Dyana is well known and respected by CSA clients, colleagues, and regulators for her resourcefulness, diplomatic skills, and persistence in solving problems. As a manager of the Digest’s team, she supports Digest users and coordinates the Digest Team in all aspects of Digest maintenance and development. She enjoys bringing high standards for customer service to her many and varied duties. She also takes every opportunity to introduce The Digest of Wine & Spirits Law to members of the beverage alcohol industry, as it is such a helpful and easy-to-use reference.

In her free time, Dyana enjoys hiking with friends, gardening and baking.
