DIRECT INOCULATION WITH X-PRO® VERVE

All VIW® yeasts can be used in direct inoculation, simplifying cellar operations:

  • Juice temperature: 15–20°C

  • Add: 20 g/hL VIW® Active Dry Yeast + 20 g/hL X-PRO® VERVE

  • No rehydration required

  • Mix thoroughly → start fermentation
