The 2025 wine comes from a single vineyard and is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, currently aging in twice-used French oak. There are 531 gallons in the lot, but buyers can start with as little as 59 gallons, roughly one barrel.

That opens the door for wineries with a more targeted need, whether the conversation begins with a single barrel or something larger. The wine is offered at $30 per gallon.
