
Walk into most tasting rooms and you’ll see several systems running behind the bar — a POS, a wine club platform, inventory tracking, and the ecommerce store. It works, but it often means wineries spend a lot of time reconciling systems instead of focusing on the customer experience.
Over the past few years, some wineries have started exploring a different approach: running their tasting room on Shopify POS as part of a unified commerce platform that connects the tasting room, ecommerce store, and customer database.
