As the fermentation finishes and wines begin to settle, it’s time to think about getting ready to rack and clear your wines. We have a full line of wine filter units, filter media, and chemical clarifiers to serve the needs of both home and commercial winemakers.
WE HAVE BEEN MAKING AND SELLING OUR OWN BRANDED LINE OF RELIABLE, ECONOMICAL, AND TIME-TESTED CARTRIDGE WINE FILTER UNITS FOR OVER 45 YEARS.
We have four exceptional units to choose from and all of them are ready to use as soon as a filter cartridge is inserted and prepped! These versatile units can also do double duty as wine and juice transfer pumps – just remove the filter!
Filter Media
Don't forget the filter media. We have a full line of top quality economical cartridge filters for use with your new filter unit!
Use our handy Filter Cartridge Selection Chart to help select the right filter for your needs from initial coarse filtration through super fine membrane filtration.
We also have top quality CSF filter pads for use with Plate and Frame filters and Buon Vino filter pads.
Clarifiers
Our PIWC Filters and Cartridges are a great economical way to get crystal clear wine but if you are a Home Winemaker, or smaller producer for whom the cost of a filter system may not make sense, or if you just like to do things the old fashioned way, our natural clarifiers can get your wine bright and beautiful as well!
The "Zymes"
Featured Additives:
Adding the right enzyme to your wine must at pressing can enhance clarity and freshness, improve press yield, enhance flavor and color extraction, and improve stability. Two of our best “go-to” enzymes are Zyme-O-Clear and Zyme-O-Color.

We are family owned and have been in the business of supplying the equipment and raw material needs of amateur winemakers and small commercial wineries since 1964 and are one of the oldest such firms in the country. In 1968 we opened one of the first commercial wineries in Pennsylvania allowed under the newly created Pennsylvania Limited Wineries Act, producing award-winning wines from locally grown native, hybrid and vitis viniferagrapes. We believe we have the most comprehensive inventory of supplies and equipment in the business and look forward to meeting all your needs. Our relationship with our customers is of central importance to us and the goodwill of our customers has been a key to our success over the years. Our staff is dedicated to providing courteous, responsive service and to helping you make the best wine possible.
Our wines are available at our North East, PA location, in Pennsylvania State Liquor Stores, and at select retail outlets in Pennsylvania. Several fine restaurants serve our wine as well. We can also accept orders to ship our wines within Pennsylvania and we are pleased to announce we can now ship to several other states as well.
We also have a wide variety of fresh grapes and juice available during the fall harvest season from the finest local and regional growers.
