Transitioning from Filter Sheets to Lenticular Modules

Transitioning from Filter Sheets to Modules

There's a reason why so many winemakers are making the switch from filter sheets to lenticular modules. From time, money and cost savings, to sustainability and ease of use, our Beverage Integrity & Filtration team is here to help answer all of your filtration and filter media questions.

Save time, money & wine with lenticular modules

  •  Lenticular modules such as the SupraDISCII are a much more efficient and effective way of filtering wine. Time saved on manual labor and less wine lost during the filtration process = lower CapEx costs and more money saved during the winemaking production process.

Sheets vs. Mods in action

  • Not only are lenticular modules a newer, more advanced technology than sheet filtration, but they also lessen your winery's footprint with the ability for re-use, easier storage and sanitation. Your team can filter wine in a fraction of the time with lenticular modules.

What our Customers are Saying

"Lenticular is superior to Plate and Frame in that the setup time and complexity are greatly diminished. The enclosed nature of the Lenticular housing means instances of oxygen pickup are reduced. Another great advantage of lenticular filtration using the SupraDISCII modules is the ability to do both forward and backward regeneration cycles which greatly extend the lifespan of the filter media. Unlike filter pads, these modules can be backflushed and then stored in an SO2 solution to be used again, which is a very nice feature. Overall, I prefer lenticular to Plate and Frame by a wide margin."
