We are pleased to announce that TCR Industries, Inc has signed an exclusive distributorship agreement
with DAL CIN GILDO SPA for their winemaking products.” Stefano Lovisolo, Export Area Manager of Dal
Cin. The addition of Dal Cin products rounds out our food & beverage portfolio with the inclusion of
yeast, yeast nutrients, tannins, stabilizers, fining agents, and more. The territories covered under the
terms of this agreement include California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada,
Montana, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah.
DAL CIN GILDO SPA, incorporated in Italy, has been dealing with industrial production of wine chemical specialties for over 70 years and would like to expand their business in the USA winemaking market.
The company was founded in Milan by Dr. Gildo Dal Cin in September 1949. It opened the industrial branch of the so-called “oenological products”, by measuring itself into applied research and into the production of the whole range of oenological specialties.
Several innovations and patents issued by DAL CIN R&D have been real benchmarks into the history of modern oenology. From bentonites to metatartaric acid, from physical activators in alcoholic fermentation to the Pre-dispersed TM filter media, as far as the recent innovative miniTubesTM the oenological science is studded by the several innovation introduced by DAL CIN.
Dal Cin today boasts about 54,000 sqm. total industrial areas, at least which a third covered, with two production factories, one in Concorezzo (15 km North-East of Milan) and the other one in Foggia (Apulia region) where about 50% of all specialties (about 8,500 tons in 2020) are produced.
