This 6-hour workshop will give you the skills needed to understand your role as a supervisor and manager, to assist you in successfully making the transition from individual contributor to leading others and teach you attitudes, behaviors, and skills that will contribute to your effectiveness in achieving results through others. We will achieve these objectives:

• To provide participants with a clear understanding of their roles as supervisors and managers.
