When Numbers Don't Add Up

At rare times, you'll still encounter a seeming discrepancy. The fact is, if your eCommerce system and your Bank Payout don't match, then the issue is most likely at your eCommerce or POS system. It could be many things, from an order being refunded improperly, to a technical issue at the POS location with poor internet. We recommend making sure that your internet is strong in the Tasting Room. Also, ensure that your team has been trained on how to properly refund in your eCommerce or POS system.
