It was a joy to hear Alex Frost experiences with our reagents and how it has influenced QC at Sextant Wines:
"The Y15 is definitely the most important piece of equipment we have in our lab, it keeps us rolling during harvest and throughout the year.
We have used the Y15 for about 6 years. Pre-fermentation, we rely on it to check PAN and ammonia to calculate YAN. The Y15 makes fermentation tracking simple, consistent and accurate. We know exactly where we’re at, and that lets us make decisions confidently.
We use it for monthly acetic acid and free sulfite checks. We make a late harvest fortified wine and being able to dilute and measure sugar up to 150 g/L has been great. It's a huge help staying on top of RS.
Each morning, we collect our samples and once loaded in the Y15, it runs independently. We set it and forget it and go back out to the cellar so this helps us multitask. It is straightforward, after a couple hours of training, I trust a seasonal lab tech to run it confidently.
Admeo has great service. They’re always there to help us and are easy to work with.
Having used a few analyzers, I recommend the Y15."
Thank you so much for your kind observations, Alex! We love working with you!
Not one, but two EasyChecks have found a wonderful home at Baker Wine & Grape Analysis Inc in Paso Robles! Congratulations on your automated analyzers to check tartaric stability.🍷
From all of us at Admeo, we thank you for your continued trust in us to support your lab and we are so happy your SPICA⭐ has two new friends.
Continental Vineyards and Winery is already seeing positive changes in implementing SPICA ⭐️ in their their day-to-day workflow. They are enjoying the benefits of getting quick lab results using enzymatic and colorimetric methods in Paso Robles, California.
It was awesome implementing automation in your lab, Tyler Kollmann and Kailey Roux. Welcome to the SPICA ⭐️ family, Continental Vineyards and Winery! 🍷
With BioSystems' Free Sulfite Analysis Kit, you can measure FSO₂ alongside other key parameters like total SO₂, acetic acid, glucose/fructose, organic acids, and polyphenols—all at once, all automated, and from less than 2 mL of sample.
Just load the sample, choose your analytes, press “Run,” and walk away. The analyzer handles the rest—freeing you up to work on other tasks.
What could you do if you didn't have to manually run free sulfite tests?
A heartfelt thank you to Signor Vineyards for kindly hosting our Quality Control User Meeting in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Your hospitality made the event truly special.
Our gratitude to Maureen Qualia for her insightful presentation on quality control. Your expertise sparked meaningful conversations.
To everyone who joined us, we appreciate your continued support of innovation and excellence in QC.
We are proud to be part of your dedicated community!

It was a joy to hear Emma Kudritzki's experiences with our reagents and how it has influenced QC at Mauritson Family Winery:
"We originally were working with another enzymatic kit supplier and Admeo’s kits were more affordable with great accuracy and precision, and easy to follow instructions.
After working with Admeo’s acetic acid kit, it was an easy switch over to Admeo’s glucose fructose and malic acid kits.
Admeo has excellent customer service and support. They have very quick responses and are always friendly and eager to help us find solutions."
Thank you so much for your kind observations, Emma! We love working with you!
Do you need lab equipment but don’t have CapEx?
Not a problem—financing can be the key!
Financing lets you invest now, without draining your cash flow. This is a smart way for you to grow your business and stay competitive.
Here’s why:
With financing, you can begin saving money immediately on QC!
Tax laws allow you to deduct the entire investment in the year of purchase, which can often offset the cost of financing.
With in-house QC, you get the data you need to make decisions quickly, allowing you to improve the quality of your current and future vintages.
