Last year, the machines enrolled in our maintenance program produced with 98.1% production utility. So far, 2018 numbers are 98.9%. Our proprietary process learns and adjusts over time. As our empirical data improves, so does our ability to identify your production risk.

WSC was established in 2005 in hopes of increasing the preparedness of wineries for production. Since then, an infrastructure has been created which includes a detailed preventative maintenance program. The program is the best way for a winery to arm itself with the information necessary to make the right decisions with enough time to react.

WSC's proprietary software allows us to be very efficient in all aspects of the process and has led to our success. Through the program, production managers now have the ability to prepare and protect production more thuroughly and more timely than ever before. The program term is 12 months and enrollment is on or before January 1st.

WSC and its network, Who We Are

The network of the Winery Service Connection includes local production equipment retailers.

The Equipment Management program has allowed WSC the flexibility to offload local retailers in technical service calls during the high service season.

Many of the existing local retailers have referred and continue to refer WSC as a service provider.

WSC as a positive relationship with all of the retailers in the area.

WSC's availability during harvest has helped to strengthen the relationships within the WSC network.
