STEP - 1
Once you decide to place an order, contact our customer service department by e-mail or with a phone call. State the quantity of WineSkins you would like, contact information and ship to address. Based on this information, we will provide you with a detailed order form showing all costs, including shipping.
STEP - 2
You will need to submit an art file for printing your custom logo. The file should be vector based in a PDF, EPS or AI. Once we receive your artwork, we will provide you with a paper proof showing both vertical and horizontal layout options as well as imprint color.
STEP - 3
All custom orders are prepay (company check / credit card). We will provide a credit card form you may fax back or call in payment information. Once payment is processed, you will receive a reciept and paid invoice.
To complete steps 1 - 3 for production scheduling, we will need a signed copy of the supplied order form, paper proof and payment information.
