Wine CPE Class with Allen Wine Group
Yesterday, Allen Wine Group held yet another successful CPE class. With over thirty-five attendees, Timothy Allen led the class through an in-depth study on Wine Inventory Cost Accounting, starting with basic cost accounting standards, running through the basics of the winery including the winery year and how wine is made, and then continuing on into wine-specific cost accounting, the politics of cost accounting, and more.
This was part two of a three-part series that will be repeated again in the coming months. After uploading a license and basic information, Makers define each SKU, calculats the listed wholesale price, and define where to distribute product—down to the account level.
Using LibDib, Buyers upload a license and purchase products online, streamlining the order process for both parties. Buyers can access sales materials within the platform, communicate directly with Makers, request samples, or set up automatic reorders or reminders. Buyers then receive the product via a LibDib distribution partner, 3PL or a common carrier (depending on the market and compliance regulations).
