This position is hands-on and physically demanding. Vinify provides an exciting opportunity to work with many different grape varieties and a variety of winemakers and their different styles, all in a single harvest.

We specialize in high end small batch wine production... with almost 50 open top tanks, 4 bladder / basket presses, gentle crush equipment and 5 barrel rooms all to satisfy the most discerning winemaker. Our staff is friendly and professional and you will experience a very collegial and almost family-like winemaking environment. Come by for a visit and see what we can do for you. We have a limited amount of space available for 2021 and beyond. Many of our clients have been with us for almost 10 years... a testament to our commitment to customer service.

New equipment and services for 2020!
Come check out our new and improved custom crush services! We purchased new tanks, a new press and a cross flow filter to better service our clients in 2020. Now we have almost 50 small, open top tanks, two Europress bladder presses and two basket presses (a Carlson 8hl and a Bucher Vaslin 20 hl). We are very excited about our new Bucher Vaslin FX3 Cross Flow filter. This is a state of the art cross flow filter that is super gentle with extremely low 02 pick up... and it works great on all of our small lots. Now we can filter our clients wines on a convenient, flexible schedule and at a great price!
We rarely have space to add new clients. This year we have room for one or two quality driven wine producers to round out our family of clients. We are full service from grapes to bottle. Custom crush is our focus, customer service is our hallmark. Contact us to see what we can do for you!
