We are currently seeking a sales representative who will manage commercial sales activity for the West Coast, including California, Washington, Oregon and Texas.
The Sales Manager will lead the commercial activities for the company in the Napa/Sonoma regions, with a strong emphasis on enology solutions and winemaking products. This role requires close collaboration with the General Manager, Product Manager of Enology Solutions, and the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets regarding volume and profitability.
In this highly competitive market, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers is crucial. The Sales Manager will provide extensive support and technical advice on enology solutions and winemaking products, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Simultaneously, the Sales Manager will actively seek new customers to expand the company’s market presence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively with all employees to achieve successful and profitable business outcomes.
Compensation: $125,000 to $175,000 Annually, Plus bonus
